Mad Method Privacy Policy

privacy

policy.

We keep it simple. Your data is yours. We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and deliver your project. No surprises.

what we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, budget range, timeline preference, and your message.

We also collect standard analytics data: pages visited, referral source, device type, and browser. We use UTM parameters to understand which channels drive inquiries.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone.

how we use it

Your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, scope a proposal, and communicate about your project.

Analytics data helps us understand which pages perform well and where our site can improve. This data is aggregated and never tied to individual identities.

If you become a client, your contact details are stored in our CRM (Supabase-hosted, encrypted at rest) for project communication and invoicing.

where we store it

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database with row-level security enabled. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes requests through edge locations globally but does not store personal data on our behalf beyond standard server logs.

We do not transfer your data to countries without adequate data protection unless required for service delivery, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.

how long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. If you become a client, we retain project-related communications for the duration of our engagement plus 36 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@madmethod.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You have the right to object to processing or request data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@madmethod.io with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

third-party services

Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.

Supabase — database hosting for form submissions.

Cal.com — appointment scheduling (when you book a call directly).

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We select providers that meet high security and privacy standards.

changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with the date of the update.

Last updated: June 2026.
