agreement to terms
By accessing or using madmethod.io you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and prospective clients. Separate engagement agreements govern active client relationships and take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
our services
Mad Method provides brand design, web development, SEO, GEO, social media marketing, and automation services. Service descriptions on this site are for informational purposes. Actual scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in individual engagement proposals.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion. All proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
intellectual property
The content, design, code, and visual identity of madmethod.io are owned by Mad Method. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our site without written permission.
For client engagements: upon full payment, all deliverables (designs, code, copy, assets) are transferred to the client as outlined in the engagement agreement. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Open-source libraries and third-party tools used in our projects retain their original licenses.
acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to: submit false or misleading information through our contact form, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or scrape content for commercial use.
Our contact form is for genuine business inquiries. Spam submissions will be blocked and reported.
engagement terms
All engagements are governed by a separate proposal or statement of work. Key terms typically include: fixed-fee pricing with no hourly billing, two-week sprint cadence for retainer engagements, defined scope with a re-quote process for scope changes, and payment terms of net-14 from invoice date.
Retainer engagements have minimum commitment periods as stated in the proposal (typically 3 or 6 months). Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum period.
Project engagements include a defined revision process. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins.
limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
Mad Method's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
Results shown on this site (traffic increases, pipeline generated, etc.) are based on real client outcomes but are not guarantees of future performance. Every business is different.
confidentiality
Information shared through our contact form or during sales conversations is treated as confidential. We do not share your business details with third parties.
Client names and project details are redacted by default in our portfolio. We only showcase work with explicit client permission.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
changes to terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
