the brief

resignations don't come out of nowhere.

By the time someone hands in their notice, the decision is months old. The late evenings, the skipped check-ins, the cancelled one-to-ones all happened in plain sight. Nobody was looking at them together.

Wanderfly wanted to give people leaders that view without turning it into surveillance. The product had to be useful to HR and trusted by employees at the same time. If people felt watched, they would stop answering, and the whole thing would go dark.

Useful to HR. Trusted by employees. If either side breaks, the product breaks.

01the front door

calm before you've even logged in.

The marketing site leads with a hand-painted landscape and one line: people decide to leave long before they tell you. From there it walks a buyer through a live product demo, the cost of doing nothing and how setup works. The app picks up the same voice at sign-in. Take a breath. You're in the right place.

02monday morning

one page that tells HR where to look this week.

The dashboard rolls everything into a Wellbeing Index, a Burnout Risk Score for each department and a short list of what needs attention. Scores refresh every night and project where each team is heading over the next 14, 30 and 60 days. Each projection is later checked against what actually happened, so the numbers earn trust over time.

check-ins that take one tap, inside slack.

Nobody opens another app to say they're tired. So the daily mood check-in, the monthly stress survey, polls and kudos arrive as Slack messages and take a single tap to answer. Calendar sync adds meeting load and after-hours work, reading only when events happen, never what they're called or who's in them.

04the ai product inside

an ai companion for the hard days.

Safe Space is a full AI wellbeing companion. It listens, then reaches for the right tool mid-conversation: guided breathing, grounding, worry parking, reframing, journaling. It remembers how your week has gone, spots patterns, and hands off to a human expert when a chat needs one. Crisis signals switch it to helplines straight away. Conversations are visible to the employee alone.

  • ↳Picks from 14 guided exercises inside the chat
  • ↳Falls back across several AI models, so it stays up
  • ↳Crisis detection with Indian helplines
  • ↳Private by design: no admin can read a chat

Back-to-back meetings all week and I can't switch off. My head is buzzing.

That sounds exhausting, and it makes sense your mind is still running. Let's settle your body first. One minute, breathe with me.
